Meet the Panelists - May 20 Workshop
I am so grateful to be surrounded by a network of peers that are experts in their fields and that enrich my offerings to clients and workshop guests. Get to know the panelists that helped make the May 20 workshop so special:
NGOZI ASHIBUOGWU
Ngozi is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California and Texas. She has an unwavering commitment to serving girls and women desperately trying to heal their mental wounds in the face of hardships and obstacles. Ngozi firmly believes faith is the cornerstone of an individual's well-being and psychological makeup. She believes integrating faith with traditional psychotherapy in times of unforeseen circumstances will transform a person's hurt, pain, despair, and brokenness into something so magnificent that the human mind could never conceive. Ngozi calls this the transformation of God turning girls' and women's ashes into beauty so that they become conduits and impact the world.
QUANESHA "Q" MOORE
Quanesha "Q" Moore is a NC native who made Southern California home 12 years ago. She holds a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Divinity from Azusa Pacific University (APU). Q currently serves as the Children and Youth Director at Victory Bible Church. In addition to her ministry role, and working as a Pastor-Mentor at APU, Quanesha is also a certified transformational coach and believes in being a champion for people in every season of their life.
DAMAREA PARKER
With over 10+ years of experience in higher education, Damarea Parker is a proud African American male and former foster youth who was born and raised in Perris California, Damarea holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University, San Bernardino, and a Master of Science in Higher Education from California State University Fullerton. Damarea has served in multiple roles pertaining to student leadership and development, campus programs, engagement, and involvement at CSU Fullerton, CSU San Bernardino, Cal State LA, and SJSU. Currently, Damarea serves as the Center Supervisor for the Black Cultural Center at the University of Southern California (USC). Damarea is committed and passionate about exploring the issues of cultural enrichment, financial literacy, Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, Self-development, and education through works of speech, workshops, music, and acting.
Damarea has a passion for helping foster, low-income, and minoritized men and women. Thus he became the founder and CEO of an Inspirational and motivational speaking company called Legendary Speaks to help men and women live their legendary lifestyle along with his upcoming first book. He is a proud member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Incorporated, co-founder of Black
Scholars Matters, Black & Brown Economic Empowerment Partnership (BEEP), and an active member in the Riverside and San Bernardino community.
Damarea loves writing and creating music, working with the youth and adults, and his reputation amongst the community consists of being a passionate and inspirational figure to all who meet him.
