4 Biggest Life Coaching Myths

4 Biggest Life Coaching Myths

May 05, 20231 min read

Myth #1: I don’t need someone to help me. I can do it on my own.

Reality: Life coaching is not about your inability to achieve your own goals but it is about recognizing your setback and blocks and asking someone to guide you through it

Myth #2: My friends and family can help me.

Reality: Even though our loved ones can help us clarify our values and assist us with achieving our goals, their support may not be biased free or judgment free

Myth #3: It is not going to help much.

Reality: In the day-to-day grind of not having a space to think about your life, values, goals, and dreams, life coaching can provide a non-judgmental and empowering space for you to change the areas of life that feel stagnant and unfulfilling.

Myth #4: I don’t have the time or money.

Reality: We make time for the things we value and care about. We also spend money on the things that truly matter to us.
